Backward-compatible replacement at the cassette and module level, stocked in Texas and installed by our own crew.
Membranes are consumables with a long service life, not permanent equipment. Every plant reaches the point where cleaning stops buying back what it used to. The decision to replace is rarely a surprise. What catches operators out is the lead time, the price, and the assumption that only one part will fit.
Flux is falling off, transmembrane pressure keeps climbing, and cleaning does not bring it back. At that point it has stopped being a cleaning problem.

Comprehensive membrane bioreactor inspections with detailed scoring, photo documentation, and actionable recommendations for your facility.
There are many great MBR brands and products, and we’re not competing with major OEMs like Kubota or Veolia. We offer alternative solutions for customers looking to rapidly improve MBR plant performance, and if there’s no reason to change, we encourage customers to keep working with their OEM.
We use the phrase precisely. Replacement happens at the cassette or module level, the unit that lifts out of the basin, and the unit that goes back in. It does not mean every plate, element or fiber inside that cassette interchanges with the original. What matters is that the replacement occupies the same space, connects the same way, and requires nothing else to change.
And where a true drop-in is not available, we say so before you buy. Not every combination is backward compatible, and a replacement that needs basin work is a different project with a different price. You should hear that from us at quote stage, not at installation.
